The paper has been listed as one the ‘Most Cited Telematics and Informatics Articles’ since 2018.

Received the Emerald Outstanding Contributor Award from Emerald Publishing. Professor Ooi was also recognised as the 'Outstanding Reviewer" for the International Journal of Bank Marketing (Emerald; SSCI; JCR-2019, IF = 2.8; ABDC - A) in the Emerald Literati Awards for excellence 2020 by Emerald Publishing.

ADVANCED INTO SEMI-FINALS OF THE 2021 SOCIETY OF ACTUARIES STUDENT RESEARCH CASE STUDY CHALLENGE

Congratulation to Actuarial Science students Lee Xue Er, Siew Chin Yoong, Chong Jia Wei, Jaclyn Loo Jieying and See Hui Xin for advancing into Semi-finals of the  2021 Society of Actuaries Student Research Case Study Challenge. Their mentor was Assistant Professor Jeff Lai.

BEST PAPER AWARD (TOP 6) IN THE AMER INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON QUALITY OF LIFE (AICQOL) 2021

Congratulations to Nurhayati Zulkeply, Noor Fatehah Mat So’od, Zurinda Mat Rabu, Seri Intan Sidik for winning the Best Paper Award (Top 6) in the AMER International Conference on Quality of Life (AicQoL) 2021. Their paper was entitled “Teaching Architecture for Tertiary Students during COVID-19: Issues & Reflections”.
