myCo-Op Portal for Employers

We are pleased to announce that UCSI University’s placements are carried out using our very own "homegrown" web portal known as 'myCo-Op'. Launched in 2005, the portal was designed to provide employers with quick and efficient online access to UCSI University students that best fit their job vacancies for work-term placements.

Therefore, we would like to invite you to register as one of our Co-Op employers. To begin using 'myCo-Op', please follow the simple steps below:

2 Click on REGISTER.
3 Complete the registration form and click ‘SUBMIT’.
4 Once you have registered, an email will be sent to you with your company’s user name and password.

Kindly refer to the Handbook of Co-Operative Education Programme and myCo-Op FAQs for more information on myCo-Op. Your registration on this portal will help us keep track of your job vacancies and effectively match candidates that are best suited to those vacancies. Alternatively, you may also contact us on the Co-Op Placement Programme or send the job advertisements to us via e-mail.
