- To plan, organize and at times lead and manage all of the activities related to the Registrar’s Office.
- Supervise and monitor staff of the Registrar’s Office to ensure effective and efficient performance.
- Ensure all record keeping of their respective duties and work processes of the Registrar Office are in accordance to the ISO requirements, policies & SoPs.
- Take charge of policy review, updates and drafting.
- Assist the Registrar to organise graduation ceremonies and convocation.
- To plan and organise auditing documents and information for all audit purposes requirement by all Regulatory Authority.
- Provide guidance to faculties and service departments on matters relating to Registrar’s Office services.
- Support Secretariat Office in all related matters as assigned and directed by Group Registrar.
- Prepare statistics on student data and performance data for Management, MOHE and other government agencies.
- Ensure all record keeping and work processes of the Registrar’s Office are in accordance to the ISO requirements and workflow.
- Support the Group Legal office in matters that are legal in nature as and when directed by Group Registrar.
- Assist in the Registrar’s Office budgeting exercise and the administration of the approved departmental budget.
- Attend to student’s enquiry on disputes relating to records, admission and registration.
- Collaborate with administrators, academics, IT support and course counsellors to facilitate and improve services to students.
- Participate in professional development activities and serve to support the goals and objectives of the Registrar’s Office and the University as a whole.
- Perform any other duties may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
