Administrative & Operations Executive

Responsibilities
- Assist in all administrative duties and prepare official documentation (ie: invoice, cost, payment receipt).
- Assist with customer enquiries and quotations.
- Make bookings of flight tickets and hotel rooms for customers.
- Assist the Driver in preparing documents for new students, before the driver goes to the airport.
- Follow up with relevant suppliers in matching requests.
- Make the appropriate bookings with the approved suppliers upon customers' acceptance of quotations.
- Keep proper records of bookings made with suppliers.
- Maintain an updated log of bookings and track all deadlines.
- Ensure all monetary collections are accounted for.
- Assist with logistics, fulfilment of stocks & documentation.
- Keep the Front Office presentable and equipped.
- To do the monthly preparation of sales summary reports.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administrative.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and be a good team player.
