Clinical Psychologist from UCSI’s Wellbeing Centre and lecturer at the Department of Psychology (FOSSLA), Miss Nurul Hidayah Mohd Sa’at, appeared as a panellist in Selamat Pagi Malaysia (SPM) aired on TV1 recently. There, she discussed issues relating to the importance of emotional regulation and stress management activities in the workplace to reduce work-family stress and conflict.
