Responsibilities

• You shall undertake the essential administration of  Alumni & Administrative Support (ASU) and to provide relevant support to students within the unit’s framework. This includes but not limited to PTPTN, BB1M, Student welfare and student activities and recreation.
• You shall act as the liaison person of SAA in North Wing for services provided within the Division.
• You shall maintain the residents’ record by using University’s online portal.
• You shall be the liaison person in between the Security Department and residents on midnight emergency (e.g. resident failing ill, accident happens in the hostel) to ensure that the residents are being treated or sent to hospital on time.
• You shall be the liaison person in between the maintenance and students on work request orders and cleaners to ensure that the hostel premises are kept clean and functional.
• You shall report any incidents and offences of residents in the hostel to the Student Affairs and Alumni (SAA) office.
• You shall attempt to process and resolve appeal from students and parents.
• You shall do rounds around the Residential Hall from time and inspection/spot checks.
• You shall perform all other duties relating to the above may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
