Lantern Matsuri
Students were excited as Lantern Matsuri kicked off with a showcase of Japanese traditions and student creativity. Hosted by the Japanese Cultural Society, it featured food stalls, games, performances and even a cosplay competition. Excitement filled the air as students had an experience that left lasting memories and strengthened cultural appreciation across the campus.
UCSI hosts national debate tournament to encourage critical dialogue
The 27th National Secondary School Mandarin Debate Tournament kicked off at UCSI University, bringing together 18 secondary school debate teams from across Malaysia for three days of rigorous competition.
This annual tournament serves as a platform to nurture critical thinking, confidence and public speaking skills among secondary school students, while promoting Mandarin language proficiency and constructive dialogue on pressing topics.
UCSI and Al Rashid Academy Celebrate Successful Collaboration Programme
UCSI University, in collaboration with Al Rashid Academy, awarded certificates to 12 Omani students upon completion of a two-month On-the-job Training Programme. Hosted at UCSI to foster internationalisation and global collaboration, the programme was conducted by the Institute of Computer Science and Innovation using a syllabus developed by Al Rashid Academy. It concluded with a graduation project presentation and judging session
